Sync

Sources and imports

Garmin, Oura, and other wearables sync in through Apple Health on the iPhone app — no per-brand setup. Developer API

Apple Health iPhone

Phone authorization

Authorize HealthKit from iPhone. No browser upload.

iPhone Location

Shortcut only

Arrives only from an Apple Shortcut you build. Faceva never tracks your phone.

iPhone Photos

Photo geotags

Build map history from optional Photos geotags.

Calendar

Ready to import

Upload a calendar .ics; located events join your life map.

Manual file import rarely needed — one-time exports

Apple Health archive

On your iPhone: Health → your picture → Export All Health Data, then upload the export.zip here.

Calendar events with map coordinates land on your life map. Text-only locations stay on the Timeline until coordinates are available. Export from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any app that produces an .ics file.

Profile Basics

For reference comparisons

Age and sex unlock published reference ranges (sleep, activity) matched to you. Faceva fills empty fields from Apple Health when the iPhone app can read them; you can change either value here. These stay private and only shape how your own data is compared. Cohort comparison is never enabled automatically and only ever uses anonymous groups of 10 or more.

Health Access

0 of 9 receiving

What Faceva reads from Apple Health, mirrored from the iPhone app. Apple never reveals its permission switches to apps, so this shows the honest signal instead: whether each metric is actually arriving.

Breathing

Coherent · resonance

The rhythm the planet breathes at when you open the app, and every time you hold it. Both slow you down; take whichever stays comfortable — the evidence asks for no fixed ratio between in and out.

Counters

12 on the strip

Pin the counters you actually use, put them in your order, and add anything you want to count — from kombucha to practice minutes. Private counters stay behind the toggle above no matter how they are pinned.

Faceva on your phone

PWA

Add Faceva to your home screen for the full one-tap experience: on iPhone open Share → "Add to Home Screen"; on Android open the browser menu → "Install app". Quick log, breathing, and your whole dashboard, one tap away.

Shortcut Bridge

0 active

Create temporary iPhone Shortcut tokens, install the template, and revoke tokens that are no longer needed.

Developer API

0 active

Personal API tokens let any script or app you trust log events into your account — Tasker, Home Assistant, a cron job, anything that can send an HTTP request. Your data, your API. The contract and a copy-paste example live on the developers page.

Your Data

Portable, always

The structured NDJSON v2 export contains all 22 user-owned database tables: private events, imports and jobs, watchlists, circles, catalog entries, counters, scores, recommendations, and rollups. Shortcut and API token rows contain metadata only; credential hashes are never exported.

Original files you uploaded are not embedded in the NDJSON. Download them separately as an uncompressed TAR: its manifest identifies every stored object and each file payload is copied byte-for-byte.

Danger zone

Permanent actions

Both options revoke active Faceva sessions on every device and disconnect linked imports. Apple Health permission remains managed by iOS, but Faceva stops syncing until you explicitly connect it again.

Erase all data & sign out

Deletes events, imports, original uploads, connections, tokens, circles, scores, profile data, and the old Faceva identity. Your Apple or Google sign-in remains available, so signing in again creates a blank workspace.

Delete account permanently

Deletes the same data and permanently removes this Faceva account. If you use Apple, Faceva also shows the manual Apple authorization-revocation step after deletion.
